Who we are?
Fadhili plant cogeneration company is a joint venture Co-generation power project between Saudi Aramco (SA), Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) and Engie, at the new Fadhili gas plant located in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom. The project will be based on the build, operate, and transfer (BOT) and the agreement will be for a period of 20 years.
Our Mission
Ensure operating the plant in a cost-efficient way, by complying with international standards of HSES. Our goal is providing high-quality products, water and steam to Saudi Aramco and power to Saudi electricity Company and to remunerate our shareholders. Corporate Social Responsibility
Saudization
FPCC has a Saudization initiative and its committed to promote local economic opportunities and create jobs in the Kingdom by prioritizing the recruitment of local talent. FPCC shall hire and develop Saudis who have the necessary ability, potential and aptitude.
Young Saudi Training Program
As part of FPCC’s social responsibility, Y-STP training program has been introduced to offer on-job training opportunities. This program is designed for Saudi male and female fresh college graduate in order to prepare them for the labor market and to help them find a job.
